Individual Therapy

I trust that every person who steps into the therapy room has an innate understanding of what they need; I invite my clients to access that deeper knowing and hold what they uncover with gentle curiosity. By implementing body-oriented and trauma-informed practices I will support you in both honoring the wisdom of your body and developing tools to feel more regulated, grounded, and at ease in your environment. In our work together, we will also identify ways in which you can draw from nature, movement, journaling, community-building, artistic expression, and other resources to deepen your growth and sustain your healing
