By implementing body-oriented and trauma-informed practices I will support you in both honoring the wisdom of your body and developing tools to feel more regulated, grounded, and at ease in your environment. In our work together, we will also identify ways in which you can draw from nature, movement, journaling, community-building, artistic expression, and other resources to deepen your growth and sustain your healing
